Can I book emergency help through the form?
Please call for urgent help. We offer 24/7 emergency callouts, but email enquiries are not an emergency dispatch service. On the phone, we can confirm availability and an estimated arrival time for your postcode.
What photos would help you understand the job?
A clear photo of the lock and the edge of the door can help. For a faulty handle or mechanism, tell us whether the door is open or closed. Send photos on WhatsApp; don’t force a stuck key or handle to take a picture.
Can you give me a price before the visit?
